May 20, 2012- Annular Solar Eclipse!

I'm not sure if you've seen these yet, but there's going to be an Annular eclipse this summer. Tyler Nordgren created these posters for the parks to advertise their programs and such, but they're pretty neato burrito!

Timelapse of sunset

So Tim and I went out to the rim to do a timelapse of the sunset on January 9th, thanks to our volunteer it's finally a movie! I'm excited, and now I can't wait to make some more! Hopefully we get some pretty sunsets soon!

I really love this time lapse video! If you've been to Yellowstone you might too. I'm working on my timelapse skills. They're pretty awful right now, but I love looking at this video.

White Sands National Monument

Tim and I went to Texas for Christmas, and we stopped at White Sands along the way. It's sort of out of the way, but we've always wanted to check it out. So we did. It's beautiful! I highly recommend it!
