WONDERLAND from Christopher Cauble on Vimeo.

I really love this time lapse video! If you've been to Yellowstone you might too. I'm working on my timelapse skills. They're pretty awful right now, but I love looking at this video.

White Sands National Monument

Tim and I went to Texas for Christmas, and we stopped at White Sands along the way. It's sort of out of the way, but we've always wanted to check it out. So we did. It's beautiful! I highly recommend it!

What chyou lookin' at?

Squatch was not interested in sledding, but looked super cute

These dunes look really steep from the top

I went really fast, that's why I'm blurry.

Tim thinks the government is going to hunt me down because of this picture.

Wee, wee, weeeeeeeee!
Ta da!
Look at the camera squatch!
Cheese!
I thought that was an appropriate use for the video mode! I don't usually take videos, but have sort of had a yen to do little projects. Yay for digital cameras!

A quasi-inversion at the Canyon

The clouds were low in the canyon this day- I'm not going to say it's an inversion, but it's probably the closest I'll get to seeing a true inversion. I'd really like to see a clear blue sky overhead, and the canyon filled with clouds one day. That'd be super neat. This was pretty neat too. This was the day or two after a decent sized snow storm. Most of this snow is gone by now.

I love how the clouds look like they're sliding off

Lookin' for bunnies!

Soooo glad we didn't get married in December.
I'm probably going to be one of those people who takes a lot of pictures of the dog.

Our quick trip to Sedona (before we got Squatch)

I absolutely love when trees grow all curvy like.

mmmm... fall color

Water?! Cattails?!

Who loves sunset filter?

Pretty, but ominous

These clouds are why we didn't go hiking
Blogger occasionally moves my pictures out of order- this was supposed to go in the canyon photos.

We went hiking in Sedona, but gave ourselves time to go check out the Humane Society there, and that's where we met Sasquatch! I had a hard time sleeping, because it felt like Christmas, we were getting a dog!

Sorry I haven't posted very many photos lately, they are coming, I promise!
